If you want to know how to become a process server, you need to understand that serving of process is not just a matter of delivering court papers to someone. There are numerous state and federal process server rules that one must follow for serving the documents and for completing an affidavit of service. Along with thorough process server training, we provide our servers with a dedicated research and support staff to stay abreast of the various legal rules, locate addresses, print maps, and provide 1-800 telephone. We require three levels of service: Same Day Service, Rush Service (1st attempt within 48 hours) and Routine Service (1st attempt in 3-5 days) and up to four attempts to include early morning and late evening and contact with at least one neighbor if needed.

The ideal agent looking for process server jobs will have an intimate knowledge of their service area and have the ability, creativity, and commitment to keep trying where others would normally give up.
